Sharbat Lapis Lazuli and Sterling Silver Necklace
Cleopatra is said to have worn eyeshadow from ground lapis lazuli – a more practical way to enjoy this ancient stone would be to drape it around your neck, adorned with sterling silver. This luxuriant necklace is composed of 8mm lapis lazuli from Afghanistan, sterling silver beads from Bali, and handcrafted 18G sterling silver chain. The color of these beads is a deep, natural blue flecked with golden pyrite. This piece is finished with a hand hammered sterling “S” clasp unless otherwise desired, and weighs a substantial 2.24 ounces in the 30” length. “Sharbat” is offered in either the 26” or the 30” length – both are shown in the picture, or we can customize any length you would like.
